HOW IT BEGAN

It started the way all great ideas do.  We were returning home after a late night out, craving dumplings. Unable to satisfy our
cravings with local options, we decided the next morning to try our hand at making our own take on dumplings, and Dumpling Underground was born! After trying out some non-traditional flavors on friends and family to rave reviews, we decided that we can't be the only ones interested in a new late-night option for foodies in the southern CT area.
